We are committed to delivering your new timepiece to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process and estimated timelines.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Fulfillment: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated on the website banner or product page.

2. Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)

  • Total Delivery Estimate: Our standard shipping method has an estimated total delivery window of 0 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed.

    • This time includes both order processing and transit time.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners and delivered Monday through Saturday.

3. Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):

    • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all watch orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer an expedited (1-3 day) shipping option. The 0-7 business day window is our most reliable delivery timeline.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Tracking Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package with the carrier.

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's website after you receive the email.

5. Damages, Loss, or Delays

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact us and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Reporting Damage: If your watch arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • To process a damage claim, you must provide clear video evidence showing the exterior packaging, the unboxing process, and the specific damage to the product inside.

    • Please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved. Claims reported without video proof may be subject to delays or denial.

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
