Refund Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your watch to initiate a return for a refund.


  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn and unused: Watches must show absolutely no signs of wear, sizing, or use.

    • In the original packaging: This includes the watch box, outer sleeve, protective plastics, tags, and any included accessories (e.g., tools, extra straps).

    • Working Condition: The watch must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, customized or engraved watches, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at aetriixindia@gmail.com or at contact us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Approval/Rejection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges (If Applicable)
